Claire worked in the field of human capital since 2013 and has spent most of her career in life sciences. Based in San Francisco, she has built a vast network of contacts across medical device and biotech and has completed over 200 engagements across the US, UK and Europe with a focus on C-suite and NED searches, and subsequent team builds for stealth companies, start-ups, mid-sized organizations and global corporations. Prior to joining Proclinical, Claire was Vice President at Talent International, and Executive Principal at SThree’s Real Staffing. Claire started her career as a Cytologist with Sonic Healthcare, then became a Medical Representative with AstraZeneca, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science / Pre-medicine from the University of Technology, Sydney.
